Come and join us for revitalizing and stress reducing yoga. Persons of all ages, body types and levels of physical condition are encouraged to come and experience this ancient and beautiful practice.

My classes emphasize proper body alignment with a focus on the breath. Specific and easy instructions are given as we flow from one posture to another, allowing us to experience our bodies from the inside out.

Ready to take your practice to the next level this winter? Join our new Ashtanga Lite class every Sunday at 4:00pm, running now through the end of February!

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, traditional style of yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility and endurance through a structured, flowing sequence of postures. Each posture flows into the next synchronizing breath with movement.
It is physically demanding and meditative and is often described as a ‘moving meditation’. It’s great for building discipline and heat in the body. Many modern vinyasa flows are inspired by Ashtanga!

This isn't a beginner-friendly class, but once you've gotten comfortable with the postures in our other classes, you'll be ready to dive into Ashtanga!
